I think they are talking about 72 being warm. Most offices are kept in the 68 -70 range.

Agreed 100% - I would NOT be happy there either, as I like rooms about 75 degrees year round.

Fwiw, I was once stationed in a Latin American nation where it was seldom below 70 degrees nor above 85 degrees. - I was in HEAVEN.
