One of the top impeachment witnesses the Democrats presented in their case against President Donald Trump, just took a hatchet to the plans of Nancy Pelosi to gain the upper hand against Senate Republicans in any trial against Trump.
Harvard Law professor Noah Feldman said in an op-ed on Thursday that Democrats have not yet impeached the president despite their vote last night.
Uh, oh!
Feldman’s op-ed at Bloomberg News comes as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is considering withholding sending the articles of impeachment to the Senate because she is worried that the political trial would be biased in favor of the president.
“So far we haven’t seen anything that looks fair to us,” Pelosi told reporters last night. “That would’ve been our intention, but we’ll see what happens over there.”
Feldman noted that “according to the Constitution, impeachment is a process, not a vote,” and that while a modest delay would not pose a problem, a lengthy delay would be a “serious problem.”

Yep, it means he wasn’t actually impeached at all..they wont send it to the Senate because they know its DOA so they will just hold it and do nothing with it
While this is likely technically accurate it’s not the narrative the dems / MSM /Deep State conspirators will push 24/7. And, this professors opinion will never ever be mentioned by any of the above.
According to the constitution, the senate has sole authority for the trial. Nancy’s input or approval is unconstitutional. She has *no* say in the senate’s trial.
Once again, everyone is talking about the DEMs stalling. What happens next is Pelosi presses forward. Wouldn’t surprise me to see the impeachment sent to the Senate late tomorrow heading into the weekend.

So far we have seen where McC should recuse himself basically because he is an R.
If that the case, shouldn’t pelosi have taken herself out of the picture as she definitely is in line to GAIN, all the clowns that were here in 99 have reversed their stand from then, which would basically allow a thinking person to say that the actions of nadler are more on a personal note ie a vendetta because of the clinton impeachment.
Technically, any D that PUBLICLY ‘opposed’ the action against clinton should be automatically banned from participation.
To take it a tad further, remarks from the D side such as we will ‘hang him’, we will definitely impeach him and impeach the motherf..r should automatically put the person who expressed that in ‘jeopardy’ of serving on the panel etc because they are admitting bias.
Lawyers will challenge a drunk or non drinker in a drunk driving trial, how can public figures be allowed to express thier ‘opinion’ before the case begins, then sit in judgement.
Anyone with a smidgeon of a brain knew what schiff, nadler etal were going to do (or attempt to do) yet they were allowed to CHAIR the ‘trial’.
Maybe Nancy will Declare herself Boss of the Senate as well ,LOL
