Why would they want to relocate the homeless? Wouldn’t they like to showcase them, use them to blame Trump’s policies for homelessness?????

I thought the California Democrats solved the homeless problem with unlimited social spending and taxing the rich. Isn’t their success why they want to do the same with the entire country?
