Judge is an activist. Stopped medicaid work requirement in several states & blocked illegal aliens being held more than a short time.
Actually this Judge is good, even though Obama Judge. He ruled favorably for Trump on being forced to release tax returns via a lawsuit. He dismissed the lawsuit. He also ordered 14,000 emails from Hillary to be released as requested by Judicial watch.
On February 7, 2014 Chief Justice John G. Roberts announced that he would appoint Boasberg to the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for a term starting May 18, 2014 to a seat being vacated by Reggie Walton. His term began May 18, 2014.
Appointment by CJUS is in the FISA court law.
Get rid of it !

This is the judge that lambasted the FBI earlier this week for the stuff in the IG report and ordered them to mea culpa and show by January how they were going to clean themselves up. I guess folks at the FBI gave the judge a little peek at the dirt they have in her file. Nothing quite so valuable as keeping a little insurance around. Never know when some judge might get a little uppity and need to be taken down a person or two. Health reasons my butt.
