Democrats Sneak Amnesty Power to Future President in 2020 Pentagon Bill
Breitbart ^ | 12/20/2019 | Neil Munro

The critical language is hidden in the short section which apparently provides a modest immigration reward to foreign service members, saying:

(b) Sense Of Congress.—It is the sense of Congress that—

(1) parole in place reinforces family unity;

(2) disruption to servicemembers must be minimized, in order to faithfully execute their objectives;

(3) separation of military families must be prevented; -snip- The last line will be cited as legal authority for a future President to offer the “parole in place” to as many migrants as he might wish to provide, said Andrew:

Not happy with this. On the surface it looks okay but it's the finer details that spell trouble. Any President could unilaterally amnesty as many illegals as they wanted to; like a King. We don't have King's in America.

The Republicans can fix this in the next budget authorization bill when they have the majority. But will they?.

I’m afraid the donor class is going to insist on this sneaky legislation.

Republicans are the majority in the Senate, and could have stopped this. And didn't.

I seriously doubt they would want to fix it unless there is big time political push back.

Another piecemeal shot at immigration.

Let’s hope Pres. Trump puts the full package out there. This should be part of a Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement bill, missing since 1987 ONE TIME amnesty. The List of Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement, missing since 1987 goes like this -

1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population);
7) Set up an illegal aliens’ victim restitution fund.

Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport, and remove colonizadors from our welfare rolls.
