That will be fine by me. I’ll build a 20 story apartment building in place of my house. Sell it and move to Florida living like a king. Let my Democrat voting neighbors live with the mess they voted in.
Should be fun getting the building permits. If it works let me know.
My thought is to move into an already screwed-up neighborhood, along with a couple of big German Shepherds, start a new round of “gentrification”, and then sell high and move out of state (taking the “Lads” with me).
