Not sure Michigan is, there will be many running for the border.
I’m a bit unsure about the strategy here. Yes, Ohio should be safe for Trump, and if it isn’t, he has much bigger problems than Ohio. But a visit there may be able to stimulate a lot fundraising, so that could be the main purpose.
