Where and how did NBC get the footage? Is it public property? Doesn’t it offend the personal rights of Chief Gallagher? I’ve never heard of testimony and film from a military court being released to the MSM.

There's little doubt that NBC "GM Gas Tanks Explode!" News omitted things that would balance their "report".

I'm digging around and getting a clearer picture of what went on.
