And the media regard it as their privilege to make up derogatory nicknames for politicians (e.g., Tricky Dick, Ronald Ray Gun, Shrub (Bush II), Cheeto Head) and Trump is horning in on their territory.

The nasty Trump isn't as nasty as his critics, who use every slander and every foul epithet they can come up with, and they do it in public and on national TV
