We left in 1996 for Arizona and never looked back! The only thing I’ve ever missed is the ocean.
Who knows, maybe soon Arizona will have some ocean-front property.
I live on the ocean and am quite sick of it, streets are packed with visitor cars, driveway blocked constantly, beach is ALWAYS dirty, homeless are EVERYWHERE living on their ocean front property for free!!!
