We know through press accounts and the IG report that it was McCain and his aid David Kramer that were willing and active participants to spread the dossier. True. I’m reluctant to give Graham the benefit of the doubt, but if I were to do that, it could work in our favor. If he realizes he’d been bamboozled by McCain, he may less likely to protect Juan and his pathetic, evil legacy.
