It’s beginning to look like Rep. Adam Schiff isn’t content with simply ousting the president, instead hinting that he’s going for a total sweep of the White House by involving the vice president as well.
The move would seemingly put his ally and fellow California Democrat, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in charge of the United States.
The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee hinted at the bombshell turn in a Dec. 18 talk with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow.

“You seem to still be pulling on some threads here, including some potentially provocative and consequential ones,” she said. “I’m thinking specifically about a letter that you sent to the vice president’s office this week in which you raise questions as to what the vice president knew about the president’s behavior, the president’s scheme in Ukraine, and thereby essentially his potential involvement in any coverup of that behavior by the president.

Surprise, surprise,surptise, These people are transparent. Now if voters figure it out and kick these evil people to the curb, we can get on with life but this is a permanent state. Dims will always be trying to impeach all Republican presidents—forever.

Only if the senate removes both Trump and Pence simultaneously. That will never happen.
Someone once said if you grab your shotgun and stand out in the driveway and you’re the only one, you’re too early. If everyone is out with their shotguns, it’s too late.

But I wonder if an incendiary event like a nuclear attack would be launched domestically or internationally and falsely attributed to Pres. Trump, or done just to initiate the lawlessness that some say will make the citizenry grateful for government protection and discard rights.
Also remember recent news stories about the efforts to distinguish fake video from real as CGI improves. Either someone has video of Obama f’king a minor or they will fake something with Trump.

Schiff isn’t an idiot on this idea. No VP appointed by either Pence or Trump would likely be confirmed by BOTH the House and Senate. It takes both houses in this case...so, the VP office would remain open.

I think the fevered dream of the core of the rabid base is to remove both President and Vice President at exactly the same moment, preventing Pence from advancing and naming a new VP.

The dems rejected this scenario back in ‘74 when Nixon resigned. They weren’t quite willing to try to overturn 49-state blowout election—then. I have no doubt that they’d love to ‘correct’ the voters’ mistake in 2016. I think if they try, things could get ugly very quickly.

I agree. If only we had a Republican administration with our own Attorney General and......umm.....errr.....wait?
No. They broke LAWS. They illegally spied on Trump, and tried to frame him. They illegally targeted Page, Flynn, and others. They lied to the courts. They illegally abused the IRS, FBI, CIA, and State Dept. They conspired with foreign governments to overthrow a duly elected President and government.
That isn't just stomping feet. It is treason and sedition.
