If this all leads to a coup then there will be fireworks. There is, as yet, no coup. A coup is a sudden strike aimed at capturing or killing the head of state and taking control of Communications and government offices. It is not a long maneuvering and plotting to use illegitimate and fake levers of law to remove the president by political or judicial means. A coup is nigh impossible without the support of an autonomous military unit or the FBI or the Secret Service.

Coup means “blow,” meaning sudden attack. However, every coup had its foundation. The military or intelligence did not just decide on its own to attack the executive, but had been prepared well in advance, including having had the slides greased by whatever press or media they had in that particular time or place.

I’m not sure the Democrats could get the military to fall in behind them, but they certainly got the intelligence services to do so.

This is indeed a coup attempt under our current lawfare system. And Nancy Pelosi does want to be President.

This is not a coup.
This is not civil war.
Democrats are following the rules (mostly). Lying, cheating, abusing, yelling, accusing, stomping feet ... but still pretty much sticking to the rules.
No violence is being threatened nor perpetrated.

Or the CIA? Or the justice department? Or the myriad agencies and "non-profits" in D.C.? Or international entities and financiers? Or the entire 'official' media? What was antifa about, if not a taste of the destructive power of a primed mob ready to go at a single Facebook summons?

Are we certain we're not falling under sway of the so-called 'normalcy bias?'
