I know a person just like the one described here in this story.
Area Lar Enforcement knows him too, they will not touch him as far as hiring him goes, he’s a complete psychopath, and he goes around dressing and looking like a cop, and has been arrested twice that I know of for impersonating.
I’m convinced that he is a serial killer. Not even joking.
What you know and what you can prove often aren’t the same thing. *sigh*
