What organization could NOT think they need to spend more on “security”?
1. Schumer is a “crisis of the moment” ambulance chaser, always thinking the solution to EVERY issue is to throw more federal dollars around; his way of pandering for votes.
2. Public safety is a local problem, and if local institutions need assistance their local government unit does not have resources for, the first, and last place to ask is at the county or state government level, not Washington D.C.

In other words this law will equate churches and synagogues to the million leftist organizations and radical mosques to each get government funded muscle.
