AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — A Texas judge ordered conspiracy theorist Alex Jones to pay $100,000 in another court setback over the Infowars host using his show to promote falsehoods that the 2012 Sandy Hook school massacre was a hoax.
Jones is being sued for defamation in Austin, Texas, by the parents of a 6-year-old who was among the 26 people killed in the Newtown, Connecticut, attack.
State District Judge Scott Jenkins ruled on Dec. 20 that Jones and his defense team “intentionally disregarded” an earlier order to provide witnesses to attorneys representing a Sandy Hook father who brought the lawsuit, Neil Heslin.

If my kid was killed and *ANY* AHole- of whatever political persuasion, for whatever reason, and regardless of what else they may have uncovered or done well - said it was a hoax, a lawsuit would be the least of their problems.
Infowars had some good information back in the day, but some stuff *should* get one ostracized and made a pariah forever for saying or doing.

What, specifically, matches Jones’ claim?
He has the responsibility to restrain his mouth on the radio. All hosts have to be quiet if something is not proven. It is not his living room with some friends.
His methods do. Lies all the time. Films are pure propaganda.
And don’t forget the 9-11 conspiracy film (another producer) that claimed the government fired a tomahawk missile into the Pentagon and the plane was a hoax.
I happen to agree with him. And I moved from newtown ct 2 weeks before it happened.
I know first responders, I know townspeople, I know quite a few people anne’s events there.
It does not add up. Kids are killed but i’m convinced the majority of the murders were made up.
