I used to manage call centers for about 25 years. I’ve probably managed about 1,000 different women in some higher intelligence jobs: Tech support, Banking (Mortgage and commercial loans) and hospital services.

Every once in a while you go from a cooperative caring environment to some all out cat-fight nightmares. Men get their shit over quickly. With primarily female offices this stuff can go on for months.

I’ve always told people than you can put ten men in a room and within an hour, they’ve sorted out who is who, and pretty much who is full of shit.

Not so much with women.

(And the women think if I am in an office with a woman manager, alone, we are having sex. Morning, noon, or night. It got tedious after a while.)

The worst times in my management life was when I was assigned groups that were all female. I was the fixer so naturally I got to manage the problem groups, dreaded the all female depts.
