As of today, there are 76 vacancies on the Article III courts, and 33 nominations pending to fill those vacancies.

Of the remaining 43 vacancies that are awaiting a nominee,
9 (21%) are in red states,
30 (70%) are in blue states,
3 (7%) are in purple states, and
1 (2%) are in states (or for courts) that have no senators.

I really enjoy these numbers here.

The Lefties in the Senate think they're being clever by holding "their" seats open - but they're actually crushing their own judges [since those courts are blue anyway] with overwhelming caseloads...

Enjoy, lefty judgescum.

Yes.
CA (17 judicial Emergencies out of 17 openings) 13 nominees
WA (5 Judicial Emergencies out of 5 openings) 0 Nominees
NY (4 Judicial Emergencies; 7 total openings) 1 nominee
NJ (6 Judicial Emergencies out of 6 total openings) 1 nominee

Those 4 states have 32 of 46 National Judicial emergencies.
Mitch says he is resume filling seats in May.
I hope he is raring to go. My insurance plan for Nov is to have no seat left unfilled. I expect POTUS to sail to re-election but a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.
