Agree. How is “calling out” Wray any different from Wray’s similary weak “repeated messaging”? Both are weak responses to very serious problems.

I support Trump but am continually disappointed at his reluctance to fire Swamp rats.

I wish I knew, but I have noticed a tendency for the traitors to ‘out themselves’ and more importantly their co-conspirators. Sometimes you just need to give them a little bit of rope. Make them think they are getting away with something.

My guess:

Trump has a deal with McConnell with impeachment hanging over his head.

The GOP is full-on swamp, and Trump must let the Justice Dept. remain a tool of corruption in order to stay in office.
