If you did see one they undoubtedly sent it there for free and unsolicited. My office (not a Dentist office) started getting it for no good reason. I instructed the receptionist to promptly toss it in the trash. A year later a renewal bill came. Guess where THAT went?
Actually, she wears a night guard because more and more people are finding out that her son Paul is a criminal grifter on the take in the Ukraine, and that her brother got away with gang-raping an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old girl.
