The Slats are spaced too widely as well. You can squeeze a whole lot of Drugs and skinny third world Kids through them.

The Military is generally following behind the installation of new bollard barrier like this, and stringing concertina wire on the American side, which really makes it tougher against ladder/rope attacks.
