It was an act of cold-blooded murder, which is more important than the motive. The motives would suggest that the country change immigration laws drastically. That is what the terrorism determination means. But it won’t cause a blip on anyone’s immigration policy radar. That would be racist, which is worse than terrorism.

Any and all questions regarding “motive” should be inadmissible in the adjudication of such crimes. Perp should be found guilty and publicly hanged within hours of apprehension.
