Attorney General William Barr announced Monday that he would raise the threshold for opening counterintelligence probes into presidential campaigns after accusations that the investigation into President Trump’s 2016 campaign was flawed.
Now, investigations into presidential candidates will require the signature of the attorney general and the head of the FBI, Barr said in a news conference with FBI Director Christopher Wray.
“One of the things that we agreed on is that the opening of a counterintelligence investigation of a presidential campaign would be something that the director of the FBI would have to sign off on and the attorney general,” he said.
Previously, lawyers from the Justice Department would review applications sent to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court and approve any probes, with top official signatures not being required, according to Reuters.

Provided that a future attorney general doesn’t rescind the order?
Declassification would turn the clock back.
And bring down the house.
Barr is the deep state.
The solution would still have resulted in Trump being ‘investigated’ and set up.
But, the real solution is available NOW.
What should happen NOW is for those involved in the collusion to investigate and set up Trump, to be sent to prison. If no one serves time, then, it WILL HAPPEN again. Punishment for those in the FBI and CIA and Obama administration and Hillary campaign and DOJ, is the ONLY solution. The message would be louder and clearer if those that perpetrated the biggest crime in American political history are sent to prison.

Most of the time I’m convinced Barr is useless. I like how he determined from the non working cameras on epstein’s cell that no one entered the area, yet it’s clear to everyone with two brain cells he was murdered. So I guess Barr believes he was murdered by an evil spirit or something.
Laughable. He’s a joke if this is all he can come up with after almost a year on the job.
This is his backdoor way of telling us he has no intention of blaming and prosecuting Comey or Loretta Lynch.
What to do?
Eliminate the FISA court! Indict the bastards who tried this coup! Yesterday!
