I have one. It just takes money.

Also, for whatever reason, it’s much easier to get a carry permit for a revolver. I carry a .357 and we have a shotgun in the house (which is easy to get).

I know someone in upstate NY with a concealed carry permit. Outside of NYC, it can be straightforward. But a non-NYC permit is not good in NYC.
