Judge Sullivan asked Gen. Flynn under his former counsel if he wanted to withdraw his plea. Several times.

It didn’t happen then. Hopefully now, it will work out better.

IOW, while knowing the deck was stacked against Flynn.

Now, after the new, non-biased lawyer, info on the Feds criminality+, I suspect the complicit ‘judge’ will shut their trap.

In the last 2-3 weeks, Flynn’s team asked to be able to withdraw the plea. I suspect that was verbal only.

The judge refused.

Perhaps they are submitting a document this time, to make it official so they can appeal a negative ruling.
