This has nothing to do with DV. By continuing to bring that up, all you’re doing is playing into the gun grabbers’ hands by creating the impression that laws like this are meant to address Domestic Abusers (falsely accused or not), rather than everyone.

This law applies to everyone, whether falsely accused or not.
