I don’t give a damn what McConnell and the Rino’s say, one of these hotshot lawyers needs to weave into their opinion argument how crazy it is for for the Senate to proceeds to trial with fatally defective charges that fail to state a cause of action that in any other proceedings in the land would lead to a prompt dismissal. Schiff, et.all., will give pearl-clutching speeches on the greatest threat to the Constitution since the Confederate secession. Of course responding counsel must speak as forcefully about the threat to the Constitution posed by this policy difference recall masquerading as impeachment and conducted with the weakest respect for the mechanism and our founding documents.
