Lying to the press is not illegal, but doing it under oath is. I guess the guy is smarter than he looks.
It would seem this doesn't hold true for politicians (lawyers).. They swear to protect and defend the Constitution and then piss all over it at every opportunity...
As of yet we have not held them accountable.. I'm hoping it will happen sooner then later...
