How did this case get beyond the District court, or even that far? Disgusting.
Apparently it started in 2015 under Obama’s watch...The group wanted a court order requiring the feds to implement a national plan to phase out carbon emissions....but the article doesn’t go into detail oon how it survived beyond the District court...
