Actually; the things NOT contained in the US Constitution were LEFT TO THE STATES; like you've pointed out.

Interesting; that the state 'citizenship' can shift when a person merely moves away to a different state.

The discussion here is about the U.S. Constitution which delegates enumerated, LIMITED, and specific powers to the feds. The the ONLY source of legitimate, valid and legal power of the feds is the U.S. Constitution.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof...shall be the supreme Law of the Land

U.S. Const., Art. VI, Sec. 2.

The Constitution is the codified Rule of Law for the United States of America - the only legal bulwark of freedom against the tyranny of the Rule of the Whims and Instability of Man.

If it is not a power enumerated and delegated by the Constitution to the feds ("in Pursuance thereof"), then it is not a legitimate or legal federal power.

Nowhere does the Constitution give the feds the power to interfere with state laws regarding abortion, schools, guns, etc. Thus such federal interference is not "possibly" illegal - such interference is Constitutionally illegal, again based on Art. VI, Sec. 2 above.

The American People need to learn THEIR Constitution. The Constitution is the only legal defense and bulwark against the tyranny of the Left and MUST be reinstated as the Supreme Law of the Land for us to recover our Free Constitutional Republic.
