While attending a community conversation in Grimes, Iowa, this past Monday, a man approached Elizabeth Warren to ask her a question about her student loan plan. He was irked by having debt redistributed and Warren was decidedly unsympathetic.

So a young man at age of 18 and graduating from high school decides he does not want to go to college to major in transgender art or some other worthless study. Instead he goes out and buys a semi truck and starts hauling for the local farmers. Why should he be burdened with the debt of the non working party animals at the local university?

“...Warren was decidedly unsympathetic....” Hopefully this was a “woke” moment for more than just the person asking the question. Seems like the Pilgrims tried the collective way and it didn’t quite turn out as planned either.

I worked my way through college, never went into debt, lived below the poverty level, studied all the time. If I can do it, anyone can do it. I certainly should not be forced to subsidize those who merely choose the easy—and parasitic—way out. Of course, Warren’s plan is nothing more than another Democrat Party scheme to buy votes.

How about all the folks who paid back their loans? Do they get a refund?

College student loan is unfair wealth redistribution to those who never went to college.

I am still paying mine, where is my refund?

Going to college is a choice.
Question: Why should those who chose not to go to college pay for those who go to college?

The left exploits victim mentality. It's the whole purpose of identity politics; divide Americans into groups and convince each group that they have a grievance that only the government can fix (which they never do).
Everyone seems to want things for free these days. The cool trick is that by being told they are a victim, they don't look it as though they want freebees. They are trained to believe they deserve it.

I never went to college but I have been an employer for 40 years.
I can’t count how many people worked for me in the summers to pay for college.

From the article:
Not only is Elizabeth Warren a wannabe tyrant who intends to implement plan after plan to incrementally nationalize Americas wealth, shes also a dumb bunny who, once shes off-script, has little to say for herself and no compassion. Indeed, that lack of compassion hints that shes a sister-under-the-skin to the woman who once called half of America deplorables.
Nails it.

It is sexist as well. Almost 2/3 of the debt is held by women.

Think you’re screwed now? Wait till she gets her hands on your 401k.
It’s the grasshopper and the ants. Only the grasshoppers vote in Elizabeth Warren and help themselves to the ants savings.
