I was responding to your comment #202 in which you said that Obama had Ukraine disarm themselves with promises to defend. Ukraine had been disarmed of its large battery of nukes during 1991 and 1996 under Bush 1 and Clinton. So it was Bush 1 who probably was involved in the negotiations that started the defanging of Ukraine which then continued and ended in the first 2 or 3 Clinton years. Russia did invade Crimea while Obama was President, but I don’t know what promises or commitments Obama had at that time, but Ukraine’s nuclear umbrella was long gone by that time.

Roger that. The point is, it was American policy to defend Ukraine. If Soetoro decided not to abide by the agreement simply because he didn't like it, then he is the one who failed to faithfully execute his office.

And, since we can't go back and impeach him, then the only equitable thing to do is to not hold President Trump responsible for not giving Ukraine military aid.

But, he did.
