The more presentable properties will go co-op or condo. The section 8 stuff will be abandoned for taxes.

A,couple of complexes not that far away went section 8.
Crime is up. Mostly thefts from what I gather from nextdoor’s app.
Car break ins top the list.
A very young girl got robbed at gunpoint for a smartphone.
