All those of you asking why US is rescuing its citizens, if you were sick, where would you want to be treated? Communist China or the United States. We can actually make it work here. If you were there, would you prefer to be rescued or would you prefer to be abandoned?

No one trusts that these people are going to be treated properly when they get here. If we were assured of that, no problem.

In fact, now that word has gotten out, the CDC should announce what they’re going to do with these people.

My suspicion is that they will ask everyone to ‘promise’ to stay in their homes.

On the flip side, where would you want a epidemic to occur? A free western country, or a communist controlled state? I bet china doesn't have a ‘aclu’ version out there fighting quarantines and movement restrictions.

You can't blame people for being alarmed at the prospect of our inept government bringing these people into the country, given the horrifying reports we're seeing.

We might feel a little less uneasy about it, if details of how this will be done, were shared with the public.

It's not like we don't care about our fellow Americans. We just want to know that every possible precaution will be taken.
