As someone pointed out..this could be fan fiction from the Chinese since it lays blame elsewhere..but interesting that it fits what it happening

Now how reliable is this? This the type of Scare Hype we don't need, what we need are concrete facts.

So is the story that China developed this and it got out by accident and now they are paying the price, along with the rest of us because of this stupidity.

A few hours after reading this I clicked on a link in a FR thread to an article in a British paper that noted that the only bio-lab that deals with these sorts of things is located about 20 miles away from Wuhan and explained that they had had problems there.
