Man (previously deported illegal alien) indicted in 2018 double homicide at BG apartment

Juan Paulo Flores-Jarada, 38, was indicted Wednesday by a Warren County grand jury on two murder charges.

The indictment accuses him of inflicting multiple sharp force injuries on Deloris Hampton Stacker, 62, and Karen L. Burks, 53, whose bodies were found Dec. 11, 2018, inside Burks’ residence at 2108 Rock Creek Drive, Apt. 2.

Detective Kyle Scharlow of the Bowling Green Police Department testified before the grand jury that returned the indictment.

A warrant has been issued for Flores-Jarada, who is in custody in Grayson County Detention Center on unrelated federal charges.

On the morning of the slayings, city police received a call from the Rock Creek Drive apartment regarding an unknown trouble.

When BGPD officers arrived, they were met by a woman who reported that someone was lying against the back door of the apartment and appeared to be surrounded by blood, according to a city police report.

Police later identified the victim found against the door as Burks.

The back door was unlocked, but police were unable to fully open it because of the weight of the body against the door.

Officers went to the front door and found it locked and with blood on the handle, according to city police.

BGPD officers forced entry into the apartment and located the bodies. Stacker was found lying in the living room, covered in blood, police records show.

Flores-Jarada pleaded guilty in October in U.S. District Court in Bowling Green to a charge of illegal reentry after deportation/removal.

He was determined to have been illegally present in the U.S. by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials following an arrest in Bowling Green on April 20 by BGPD on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.

If the deceased knew he was an illegal and had him in their lives willingly, then it’s extremely difficult for me to have any spare emotions for them.

For their families, perhaps, if they advocated for them to eliminate the illegal from their lives...

Once again, we’re to believe it’s the ‘love,’ that Bush Jr wanted us to accept?

UGH.

Where is the mention of previous acquaintance? There are more likely motives for the murders that resulted from an unsecured border.

The fence will help reduce recidivism in the future.
Increased interior enforcement is necessary to remove illegal aliens BEFORE they kill somebody.

Partner, after our Southern Border Fence is up and continuous. We probably need to get rid of Pelousy and then have a Republican House.

We are going to have something like what President Eisenhower did and institute a program that deports these illegal aliens in this country.

Normally, there would be indications or statements that there was no known contact between the victims and the suspect.

Other articles state the police are not releasing any information at this time.

If he didn’t know them or never worked for them, it may have been the authorities tracked him down via DNA.

My guess is the bloody hand print on the door. Fingerprint probably matched those taken at the time of his arrest in Grayson Co. and previous deportation.

While I would rather it had not happened at all, it’s sickening as to how many actually knowingly allow/allowed illegals into their sphere and then are shock when they do criminal acts.

H.E.L.L.O.?

No one at home upstairs in the Brains Dept....

After a bit, it’s all just a blur of stupidity.

And I am extremely angry, not frustrated, at the amount of the stupidity Americans have concerning they’re feeling of safety in this country.

They think simply being IN this country gives them the right to make stupid decisions and not suffer the consequences. And, yes, I’m actually referencing American citizens.

Sigh.

Either way, the criminal should get the Death Penalty and not after living 20 years on Death Row.

This case, if presented properly to the public by the Republicans/conservatives in Kentucky, cold help swing the state back to Republican control (Bevin didn’t help matters, did he?).

Another illegal deportee back in the country (with the distant but helpful hand of the Democrats and their open borders policies) to kill two people.

Aren’t we getting tired of this shit and isn’t it about time that these illegals/killers get the death penalty no matter what country they come from?

They are savages and need to be put down, legally, but permanently, for the sake and safety of decent Americans.

politicians that encourage and harbor illegal aliens and their activities should be charged as accessories to the crimes committed and punished accordingly...

Just repeat “diversity is our strength” as often as necessary until we believe it. That’s why we have our mainstream news media.
