It doesn’t take much to overload the typical hospital. Heck, a weekend at some hospitals in the USA can tax them with the overdoses, fights and shootings.

I agree with you. Air traffic should be shut down or more regulated. But it would not only have to be from China, but other countries.
However, it would only take a few weeks to completely bankrupt the airline industry, and drastically affect our economy.

NB I had my iffy translation verified by a native speaker. The video’s narrator does say 90,000 dead, not infected. If so, I’d expect mass graves, but it’s possible bio hazard teams have been deployed to transport the bodies elsewhere to a place where they can be disposed of without being photographed from above.

As of last Thursday, a doctor from one of the hospitals in Wuhan reported on a cell phone video there were at least 90,000 cases in the city. The video was sent to the west before the government shut off access to the internet. They corridors were packed and people were lying on the floor in some instances, don’t know if they were dead or alive. The lines wrapped around the hospital like a Trump rally.
The first three minutes or so of the video show the scenes from China, I’m not sure about the satellite video and her commentary that follows. Then the doctor appears at the end of the video pleading for help from the west, according to the translator.

There is. o say to know what the survival rate is. I trust nothing coming out of China. We will know soon enough.
