I just saw on a show tonite about swarms of locusts devouring million$ of crops in Kenya.
May not be now. I think I may have been watching the science channel.
But fairly recent I think.

Locust issue in Kenya...noted as a big issue over the past month. Considered the worst locust appearance of the past seventy years. Most regional agricultural experts say a food crisis is brewing in the country, and will require some type of emergency assistance. But a lot of this is simply rainfall change....with a shift of wind and rain from Malaysia region....going west to the area of Kenya.
