It is already too late. Time to restrict travel in the US and Europe.
It will not stop the virus, but it will slow down the spread of it. Buying time is helpful because mutations will tend to make it less contagious and less lethal. It may be possible to create and deploy a vaccine if there is time to do so. Or we might get lucky and the virus will fade away, like most plagues eventually do.
