I live in Central Virginia, which does not have a particularly large Chinese population.

I also have a keen interest in where exactly those cases are, although I have a very strong hunch.

So far, nothing in the local media.

Probably from Chinese college students.
Wouldn’t surprise me if Richmond is considered “Central Virginia” now that the Yankees have taken us over.

The northern Virginia case is at George Mason University. The two central Virginia cases are probably at the University of Virginia.
