North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Pennsylvania will benefit from these land use regulations. The proposals will decrease housing stock in New Jersey, thereby decreasing the pool of available workers who will be priced out of decent affordable housing. This will discourage companies from moving to New Jersey and encourage a departure of businesses. Liberal state leaders tend to forget that the U.S. is a huge common market, and that people will flee the conditions socialistic and permissive policies create.

I hear that in Florida, if you have your home on land with agricultural use you can do alot with permits. Statutes allow you to throw up buildings (noone can live in) and do a/c and electrical for office, without a permit from the local county.

The local govt’s will lie to you but its in state statute.
