One of the rumors on chinesetwitter was that the provincial minister in charge of their retirement/pension plan had wasted the money and this was how he was going to get rid of future payments.

They do not care, just want power, anything is possible..enemies could develop bio release like this so no war broke out and give antidote to needed personnel...
