They finally got info this came from a weapons lab.
My theory is that a low level bio-worker at the lab
decided that throwing away perfectly eatable rabbits
was a waste and instead made a few Yuan selling them
at the animal market...unfortunately he is no longer
available for questioning having died suddenly last week.
