Based on what I am seeing, if you take interferons for a medical condition you need to be aware of the implications as it relates to the cytokine storm that has been seen in the plasma of those who get this

Don’t stop taking your meds. Just be alert.

Same would hold true with the flu...as it can cause a cytokine storm.

Has it been confirmed that this virus causes a cytokine storm? I know the “experts” are saying it is hitting older people worse, but from what I can tell, most of the ones in the news are 30 to 60. (Perhaps due to their traveling to China and back?) Probably a limited number of 80-year olds doing that trip.
