I think Bolton is the source of the leak. I think the book says exactly what is being reported. And I think it's all part of drumming up sales for what, and let's face it, is nothing more than another one of the dozen or so "Trash Trump" books that have come out since the election. Since the chances of his being called as a witness appeared to be diminishing by the day he resorted to this to get the book in front of the media.
