So, Obama was using government employees and spy agencies to provide spy information to the Democrat Party to help them defeat candidate Trump.
I think that’s against the law.
I have never seen such a milquetoast commander in chief. You are the President of the United States. Look at what your predecessors were able to accomplish by disregarding congress and the courts and doing whatever the hell you want. Suspend habeus corpus and send Vindeman, Ciaremella and all their ilk to Guantanamo as enemy combatants. No lawyers or acces to courts. Tell the american people you have been the subject of an illegal coup attempt and you are setting things straight. After they are tried and convicted put them in front of firing squads
That's crazy. If Halper was going rogue, why would the FBI continue to use him. They had tapes and transcripts of all of his conversations. The FBI was in on it. They tasked Halper to spy on, and influence, the Trump campaign.
We are still not close to knowing the basic facts of Spygate like what involvement the CIA had with Halper and Mifsud. Infuriating.
How do we know that? We know about the Carter Page FISA, but we don't know how many other FISA warrants were taken out against members of the Trump campaign.

Why would Obama spy on candidate Trump?
Was he sure Trump would win?
Nope.
He was gathering spy information for someone to use to try and defeat candidate Trump.
Even obama was smart enough to know how much Hillary was disliked.
He also suspected that the people were tired of his (obama’s) failed economy and could quite possibly elect an outsider, a businessman for a change.
(Hillary would have just doubled down and the people knew it)
Let’s just say that obama was smart enough to want insurance in case Hillary failed!
There is no such thing as a “sure thing!”
Obama obviously has/had friends in federal agencies who would warn him if anyone was investigating him.
A preemptive spy operation is risky when Obama would have had plenty of warning of any investigation of him.
We'll find out about that right after we find out who hired Craig Livingstone.
They may not come out with all the screaming and yelling and faux outrage of the RATS, but the GOP is just as corrupt with its silence in the face of RAT malfeasance.
