I lived in Niagara Falls in 1972-73, worked in Buffalo for the BSA, and then for the United Way, but my district was the Falls area. The Albany area was infiltrated and slowly beginning to turn back then, though the Falls was heavy GOP.

I’m keeping an eye on a similar case in New York where the time for release is coming up. This guy killed 3 police officers ( 1 in the Virgin Islands-I was there in 1988) and 2 in Puerto Rico. He also killed a jeweler in New York.
