Partner, I am glad that this tunnel was discovered and this is what our DEA had been saying for a very long time that the Drug Cartels have lots of $$$ to build these tunnels.

The Drug Cartels is really an international drug enterprise and this is why we have the Opioid problem in the U.S. President Trump said last night at the NJ political rally that we are fighting the Drug Lords right now and we are trying to limit their influence here in the States. We hope so.

What the DEA neglects to mention is that it's drug criminalization that enables the cartels to get lots of $$$.

You have to admit, they are industrious when given a chance for success.

On Better Call Saul last season, Gus Fring was interviewing engineers to dig his drug lab under an existing property. One of them boasted that he had built a tunnel under the border, I think in San Diego. Art imitating life.

Unfortunately, our War on Drugs makes drug-running to the USA more profitable than bettering Mexico.

Fill it with poop from SF. That’ll keep the perps out of it.

Otay mesa and other areas on us/mexico border are about 20 miles from the main city limits of san diego. OM was annexed to SD a while back. Legally it is part of San Diego...but is not contiguous at all.....pardon my naivete of previous post.

The problem of drug tunnels is really not that difficult to solve but it will be brutal.

Drill down bore holes on the border and plant listening devices. We will hear the digging. Let them dig and dig and dig until they reach USA territory. Let them dig a bit more.

Drill a two inch bore hole into the tunnel. You could do this quickly as that area is alluvium and not rock. Place a tank of Pressurized Liquid Anhydrous Ammonia on top of the bore hole and open the valve to the tube in the borehole. Those in the tunnel would die the most horrendous death to say the least. They would gasp for air and breath ammonia. It is a very basic chemical and your lungs would burn like fire as you died. Your eyes would be on fire and closed. You will cough and with each inhalation after coughing inhale more ammonia. Ammonia burns, pump in liquid oxygen after and watch the whole damn thing blow up. Liquid Oxygen and Ammonia are cheap. Ammonia is lighter than air. As those tunnels are deep it would float up to the entrance at ground level. It would very effective.

Do this and people would decline to dig tunnels regardless of how much was paid.

This sounds inhumane and it is! The Fentanyl and other drugs that come through these tunnels makes this minor inhumanity of little importance. This is a war. When at war one must kill the enemy.

Make it public knowledge that this will be how we combat tunnels. If one goes down in the tunnel to dig he knows the possible consequences. It is on the digger not us.

Did they find a message on the wall of the tunnel that said “Hunter was here”?

Just asking.

Unfortunately the tunnel was dug before Epstein didn’t kill himself so that message on the wall wasn’t found.

They did find, however, a message as follows: “This tunnel didn’t dig itself”.

Partner, the Drug Cartels already have the big $$$ to build tunnels like this one. Luckily, we have the technology to find these tunnels.

We need to stop this Drug Smuggling from Mexico into the U.S. We are hearing that China is also smuggling very dangerous drugs.

I am no expert on all Illegal drugs but all we have to do is see what is happening in our own country of the U.S.A.

We definitely need to build this wall from San Diego, California to Brownsville, Texas.

The Wall alone will stop the Illegal Immigration and it will stop the Mules from quickly going across our border.

And every day of drug criminalization gets them more. More cartel $$$ = more cartel trouble.

Partner, the U.S. is working on decriminalization of using recreational pot for personal use and not dealing in drugs.

This incarceration of folks with small amounts of pot in the U.S. is costing a lot of $$$.

We have seen how our youth is injecting drugs into their body and the only way they can get these drugs out of the streets is to stop the drugs coming into this country. This is all we want so our youth can not have access to these drugs.
