Hillary Clinton refuses to be served Tulsi Gabbard’s defamation lawsuit

Hillary Clinton has now twice snubbed a process server attempting to deliver the defamation lawsuit filed against her by Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, according to Gabbard’s attorney.

“I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process,” the congresswoman’s attorney, Brian Dunne, told The Post. “But I guess here we are.”

Dunne said their process server first attempted to effect service at Clinton’s house in Chappaqua on Tuesday afternoon — but was turned away by Secret Service agents.

The agents directed the server to Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, who on Wednesday claimed at his Washington, DC, firm, Williams & Connolly, that he was unable to accept service on Clinton’s behalf, said Dunne.

True. They need to get her at a restaurant. You can get close enough to fling it at her...although you might get tackled by Secret Service.

I would pretend to be a big fan. She is going to get served sooner or later. She is an idiot to try to get out of it.

Yeah, my first thought is who is protecting Tulsi’s Horse, if she owns one.

You are not on duty 24 hours a day.
Are you saying US military personnel can’t have political opinions until retirement?
We used to get hammered, and I’m pretty sure it was off duty.

Tape the papers to the back of a black and white 8x10 photo of Hillary.

Then stand in a lineup for Hillary autographs, waving it and a Sharpie pen.

As soon as she takes the photo, say “You are hereby served!”

I would watch that on YouTube, over and over again.

Can the Director of the Secret Service be contacted (who would then have the agents serve her?)

Publish the service in the legal ads in her hometown newspaper. Wait the prescriptive amount of time and then go to court. Lardass won’t show up and Tulsi will win her suit by default.

Game over.

“Somebody needs to find out how The Secret Service can turn away a legal process server. Is that part of their job?”

They can, but they would only do that at Cankles request. So then the judge could rule that a sufficient attempt was made to serve her, and then after that if Cankles ignores her court appearance, the suit will go to a default judgment. So she has nothing to gain by continuing to ignore the server.

How do you refuse? You are served as soon as they try to hand it to you, and if you don’t pick it up, in a fair world, a judge would crucify you.

I was sued, and if I had refused the service, the judge would have ruled against me for not showing up in court.

1. Serve by Process Server
2. Also try certified mail at last known address (if refused) >
3. Serve by Publication in newspaper

Easy
