This is a clear indication that they are interested in the plan, and have entered the negotiating phase.
The Arab league is interested in the plan.....this is just Abbas being Abbas as usual. It was expected by all sides...they’ll let him throw his tantrum awhile and then put pressure on him to get to the table. If he refuses they’ll remove him.
